Triliving Volcano Camp 24
Date: 18th to 28th April 2024 (Note: First training session will be on the 19th in the morning and the last session will be the Volcano Triathlon)
Aim:
- To offer a training and racing experience that will be challenging, educational and most importantly fun.
- Aimed at athletes training for all distances.
- Combining some key race pace type sessions with some volume / over distance aerobic sessions
- Key training at a key time of the year in an environment that is totally conducive to training.
- A chance to train in the best sports resort in the world with like mined people and with beautiful weather and scenery.
- A chance to take part in the Iconic Olympic distance Volcano Triathlon (27th April) the longest running international Spanish triathlon. (entry fee not included)
What to expect:
- Two to three sessions a day.
- Technical input and video feedback
- Race specific advice, transitions and course familiarisation
- Hydration and Fuelling advice in conjunction with partners PH&F
- Social events
- Plenty of chance to relax and recover between session
- Camp T shirt and Goody bag!
- A lot of great training and a lot of laughs

For Flights to Arrecife- There are now many options of airports to travel from in the UK and most of Europe so its best to just search the option that suits you best.
On Arrival at Arrecife airport – Club la Santa is about a 25min drive or Taxi ride. Taxis are easy to find and very use to taking bikes. They normally cost about 35 euro (+ 5 euro / bike). Car Rental is a good alternative as you can rent a car one way with Cabrera Medina and then maybe use the car to pick up some vital supplies for your week of training! You will pass a new Lidl on the way to CLS
